Confidence…On a scale of zero to Kanye West, what are you? Confidence, defined as being self-assured in one’s own abilities or qualities, can often be the thing that wavers as we are pursuing a career in STEM. One day you feel like you’re killing it and everything is working as planned and next there could be moments of doubt. In this episode, we interview the amazing LaToya Jackson. She was a STEM student in college and now works as a physical therapist assistant and senior fitness instructor. LaToya is also a female transformation coach, entrepreneur, investor, and author. We discuss how having confidence impacts your life, how LaToya learned to build confidence, and how we as people pursuing a career in STEM can show up confidently. Remember we are graced to dominate STEM!
